RECREATION NEWS: The Annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be beld at the Village Circle on Sunday, December 6th at 7:00 p.m. Join your friends and neighbors as we begin the Holiday Season with caroling and a visit from Santa. The Holiday Party with refreshments will take place in the Community Room at the Village Hall following the ceremony.

SENIOR NEWS:
- The two Thursday Night Senior Socials are on the 5th & 19th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- DUE TO ELECTION DAY ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd, OUR REGULAR MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5th.
- On Friday, November 13th at 8:15 a.m. the bus will arrive at Village Hall to transport us to Radio City, where we will enjoy the production of "The Christmas Show". After the performance we shall have lunch at Carmine's.
- On Tuesday, November 17 at 1:00 p.m. two members of the Westchester County's "Senior Crime Stoppers" will make a presentation. "We're Empowering Seniors by providing them with information they can use to protect themselves in their daily lives" said Gary Brown, Director of the Dept. of Consumer Protection.
- On Tuesday, November 24th, Rick Della Guardian will visit our group at 1:00 p.m.
POLICE DEPARTMENT NEWS: Residents are reminded that starting 12:00 midniglrt, November 15th, the ban on overnight parking on Village streets begins. No parking is allowed on Village streets during the hours of 12:00 am. - 7:00 am. This ordinance is in effect until April 15, 2010. Everyone's cooperation in this matter will greatly help the Highway Department to keep the Village streets clean during the winter months. Residents are also reminded that parking is prohibited in the Village Municipal lots from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. throughout the year.
2010 ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE COMMITTEE MEETING: Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, November 17, at 6:30 p.m. in the municipal building next to the pavilion. We would love to have new people join the committee and are lookmg for suggestions to make the parade an even bigger success than last year. If you can make it, please stop in.
