Village Board

The public Village Board meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month with the exception of a regular meeting to be held on April 21. Where holidays shall fall on Monday, the meeting will be held the next day following the holiday.  Informational Sessions will be held at 7:00PM on the day of the meeting when necessary.  Special Meetings will be held when matters of business warrant.  The next organizational meeting will be held on April 6, 2009. 

During these meetings the Board follows a format agenda:

• Opening
• Approval of Minutes from prior Village Board meeting
• Comments from the public on item to be voted on that night
• Public hearings
• Voting on Resolutions
• Reports from departments and village officials
• Open comments from the public
• Closing

The Board holds a public workshop meeting at 7:30 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the Village Board meeting. The primary purpose of the workshop is present, discuss and prepare the resolutions that will be included in the following Village Board meeting. Items to be considered as resolutions can be presented by either a Village Board member or a resident.

Zoning Board

The public Village Zoning Board meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month. During these meetings the Zoning Board follows a format agenda:

• Opening
• Approval of Minutes from prior Zoning Board meeting
• Comments from the public on item to be voted on that night
• Public hearings
• Voting on variances
• Open comments from the public
• Closing

Planning Board

The public Village Planning Board meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of every month. During these meetings the Planning Board follows a format agenda:

• Opening
• Approval of Minutes from prior Planning Board meeting
• Public hearings
• Voting on site plans
• Open comments from the public
• Closing
